We are sorry that you have something to complain about. The purpose of this page is to facilitate feedback so that we learn from and rectify all mistakes quickly.
We are here to help and keen to resolve any issues. Most issues are due to simple expectation misunderstandings and sometimes things go missing. We do all we can to avoid disaster and this page is here to enable us to act on your needs and take responsibility for our actions.
There are certain things that are out of our hands. For instance we contract to UPS for the delivery of goods, boxes and books. We endeavor to get to them the same day that your order is received by us provided that your order is received before 10am. If time is of the essence, please allow enough time.
Our terms and conditions stipulate that our maximum liability is limited to the cost of goods in transit. We insure goods in transit in all cases and our limited liability is limited to the cover provided under those insurance policies.
