Getting Things Done?
When I consult with clients the biggest problem they face is lack of sales and poor implementation. There does not seem to be the time to get things implemented.
And that’s just nuts!
This lack of time is due to working on client needs urgently and helpfully which is great from a client perspective, yet really poor on a personal perspective.
In the long run you need to realise that you are letting yourself down, your family down and future clients down by not taking the time to really focus on what needs to be done.
For most the solution, and this is subtle: is to work on your business, not in it.
Next Wednesday’s presentation will be the time for us to work on your business. Our expectation should be that with a greater understanding, lead generation will become easier and with better clients I am sure you get more done and feel happier too.
